Unilateral No-Fault Divorce
Many people wonder what unilateral no-fault divorce is.
It is where the couple does not have to agree to have a divorce, and where nobody has to be at fault. And as a result, the unfaithful and their lawyers abuse the faithful and their children by
- dragging the beleaguered widow or widower of adultery into court,
- threatening him or her with the loss of children and everything precious
- driving him or her to an attorney who will prolong injustice for profit
- then rob the faithful of their children, their home, and their property
- then claim the children need money to be paid from the faithful to the unfaithful
- and then tax the faithful on the loss of home and early withdrawal of retirement
- rob them of their time and emotional strength to work
- and then expect the faithful to get over it and take it all in stride.
America, if you would be worthy of honor and patriotism and love, you must end this reign of injustice upon the faithful widows of adultery and divorce and their children.
